This is an isotropic bonded magnet consisting of NdFeB powder produced by rapid quenching method and bonded with resin. Daido Electronics had the first in Japan to commercialize compression molded and injection molded products with high characteristics and high dimensional accuracy in 1987, based on its original compounding and molding technologies.
It can be used for integrated molding and assembly with resin and/or metal parts in injection molding cause of it has high flexibility in shape. This can contribute to process reduction, quality improvement, and cost reduction for customers.
Applications
It is used for various auxiliary sensors in automobiles, medical applications, and industrial encoders.
Production Process
Our NdFeB bonded magnet can be molded in two ways:
・Injection molding
・Compression molding.
Injection Molding

2 Shot Molding
The shot molding is a process in which magnetic powder and resin are molded at the same time.

Compression Molding
Compression molded products are made by mixing magnetic powder and binder and press molding. They achieve an even higher level of characteristics than injection molded products.

Coating
